Who We Are
We are a group of high school students from The Harbour School, an international school in Hong Kong, wanting to make a change in the world. We lead a non-profit-based initiative, harnessing our insight through the lens of sustainability to tackle the challenges of our world. In 2017, we built Kuunga Mkono, a school for children recovering in the Children's Hospital courtesy of Shoe4Africa’s generous funding. The hospital, in Eldoret, Kenya, is the only public children's hospital within East and Central Africa.
In 2019, we worked with the innovative coffee bean farmers in Peru to build a business to export goods to Hong Kong towards hopes of creating new pathways out of poverty for these families.
Most recently, we launched our newest initiative, SOLE (Sustainable Oceans, Liveable Earth), in order to focus on plastic pollution and sustainable practices in regard to one of the world's biggest assets, the ocean.
